About You

  • You have demonstrated customer service skills and experience.
  • You have demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and have the ability to exercise basic problem solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures.

Where you'll be working
The Mental Health - Administration Officer role provides support to our CAMHS team, based at Gosford Gateway Centre.

The role will be a permanent part time job share position, working Monday/Tuesday between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm.


The role provides a range of customer service, administrative and clerical support services, to ensure delivery of efficient and effective patient/client focused services.


Administrative services include but are not limited to:
reception duties, ordering of stationery, typing, photocopying, data collection, filing,coordinating, scheduling and monitoring client appointments for the team.
