About the Role:
Reporting into the director, you will be responsible for providing admin support to the teams throughout the company aswell as some PA duties for the directors.
This is a part time role 4-5 days a week, in office.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Reception
- Ordering uniform, stationary and other office equipment
- Filing
- Assisting marketing team with upkeep of website and social media
- Book and organise meetings
About you:
- Have previous administration experience
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Confident and sociable personality
- Tech savvy
