About You

  • Demonstrated experience working with payroll roster systems, including HealthRoster or similar.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of procurement policies, processes and procedures, and experience working with online ordering systems, particularly Oracle R12 Financials and Ordermax.
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems and adapt actions appropriately when new issues are raised, including the ability to judge when to escalate an issue.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to write clear and accurate reports, documents and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise own workload and prioritise tasks appropriately with limited supervision or guidance.

What you'll be doing

  • The Administration Officer
  • Payroll and Procurement is responsible for the provision of accurate, timely and efficient data entry for the Central Coast Local Health Districts Environmental Services Department, ensuring that payroll activities are undertaken in accordance with relevant Awards, Ministry of Health and Local Health District policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for all of the Central Coast Local Health Districts Environmental Services Department procurement including reconciliation of invoices and receipting in order to facilitate payment receiving and receipting activities, Reporting to the Quality Risk & Improvement Manager.
  • Assume a Support role in providing a high level of administrative support inclusive of maintaining databases pertaining to Environmental Services Key performance indicators.
