Position description:

We seek an enthusiastic
Customer Service Operator to join our vibrant Accounts Receivable department in Macquarie Park.

You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:


  • Answering high volume inbound calls (over 3,000 calls per week across a team of 13).
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced health environment
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
  • Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required, such as reviewing invoices, providing quotes, managing returned mail items and data entry on Apollo lab system.

We are looking for the following:

  • Excellent communication skills and phone manners.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment and is a team player
  • Prior call centre experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
Onsite parking is available and we are a short 5 minute walk from Metro and other public transport.


Location is office based at Macquarie Park with the choice to work full time or part time (4 days per week).
