About Our Client:


Our client is a well-known and high-profile agricultural business, who specialise in working with local and interstate farmers to provide the best services, outcomes, and realistic advice in order for their business to successfully achieve growth in both the short and long term.

Being in operations for over 50 years, they are a serious player in the Australian agricultural market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader to work alongside some excellent internal staff to develop themselves and a high-functioning team for a minimum of 16-months, with the ability to look internally for roles afterwards.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Co-lead a team of 8 customer service officers, to complete daily tasks in line with key KPI metrics.
  • Implement strategies to transform and upgrade current SAP customer service systems and processes.
  • Management and development of key customer accounts and their requests/inquiries.
  • Continual Training and development of all team members on new systems and processes.
  • Daily internal communications with finance, warehouse, sales, and operations team.
  • Training and developing of team members on new systems and processes that you implement.
  • Be the main point of escalations, should there be any customer complaints or issues.
  • Adhoc duties as requested by the operations manager and senior leadership team

The Successful Applicant:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader, who has a passion for customer service and likes to lead but also be involved in the day to day operations of a customer service team.

To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication + leadership skills, and be able to work in an office environment 5 days per week.

This opportunity also comes with great support and suitable handover before the current team leader goes on maternity leave. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours (9am - 5pm).
