Salary ranges from $139,787 to $161,663 + super (Grade 11/12)**Our Digital Products & Research team within NSW Planning group is currently seeking to appoint a
Manager Digital Products to deliver a wide range of digital products (internet, intranet and web-based systems). The role ensures product delivery is of high quality, drives customer engagement, and leads and influences positive customer experience. The ability to build strong internal networks and integrate with internal systems and processes will ensure success in this position.

This is a great opportunity to join a small, agile and collaborative team where you will demonstrate leadership and showcase new ways of agile working methodologies.

In This Role You Will

Develop digital solutions for complex projects and programs to deliver insights, provide information in clear and meaningful way and build relationships with the Department's customers, including the community and key stakeholders.
Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions based upon industry standards to ensure alignment to the corporate goals of DPE and the strategic directions of the business unit.
Manage information and communication technology projects with interdisciplinary team members undertaken by the Branch to meet program objectives and comply with specifications and standards.

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge, skills and experience in developing and implementing digital products.
Experience managing complex projects and programs.
Experience managing agile product teams.
Experience building strong networks and resilience to overcome organisational challenges.
Experience using design and storytelling techniques to create meaningful and accessible digital products.
Background in data analytics, user design, software development and/ or business analytics ideal.
Scrum master of similar experience ideal.

Essential requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or relevant field or equivalent experience.
