The Amazon AU cross-channel, cross-category marketing (XCM) organization is looking for a driven and highly organized Senior Creative Program Manager (CMP).

This role will manage the execution and day-to-day processes of our mass advertising campaigns and initiatives.

The CPM will be dedicated to campaigns aligned to our most strategically important programs and key deal events, with deliverables reaching across multiple channels and countries.

Responsible for building effective partnerships with our Campaign Managers and Creative teams, they are able to manage creative development, production, localization, and drive cross functional team alignment within our global XCM teams, business partners and external agencies.

Key job responsibilities
Independently manage the development and execution of mass advertising campaigns and programs.


Work with creative and media agencies to optimise and deliver mass advertising campaign creative using repeatable formats, particularly for major deal events like Prime Day and Black Friday.


Develop and manage delivery against a work back schedule for mass advertising campaigns, including managing agencies and internal stakeholders to meet key milestones, mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery of planned work.

Manage alignment timelines and meetings for creative reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders and global partners. Ensure that creative feedback is captured and actioned by creative partners.

Manage creative asset development & delivery across multiple channels.

Collaborate with partners across locales to share learnings, identify bottlenecks, and support the localization of global campaigns.

Manage campaign and program budgets and forecasting, actively looking for opportunities to drive cost efficiency.

Define and look to improve existing processes, implement and / or utilize workflow tools.

  • 2+ years of supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
