Description

This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic and customer focused individual to join our established Projects HUB team in a Project Coordinator role.

This role is responsible for providing specialised customer service and administrative support of agreed projects, contracts and key customer transactions.

This role reports directly into the Team Leader

Civil Distribution Service & Projects.

Key responsibilities include:
Support a safety-first culture through visible and effective leadership and workforce engagement, to achieve the best possible standards of workplace safety;

Responsible for end to end management of small to medium Projects and general Customer Service requirements both externally and internally;
Enhance the overall customer experience for key accounts by comprehensively understanding expectations and requirements, present an ongoing continuous improvement mindset;
Strict adherence to the agreed KPIs around project timelines, ensure site deliveries are well coordinated and meet the required customer expectations & KPIs;
Provide quality support to designated Sales team members & other internal departments as required
Adherence to the agreed business processes & CRM reporting is captured consistently and accurately.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will take pride in the way you achieve results and your ability to negotiate your way to positive outcomes

You will also have:

Minimum 12 years customer service or project administration and co ordination experience;
Knowledge of one or more of our key market segments is advantageous;
Ability to effectively communicate with customers to 'delight the customer';
Professional, cando approach and ability to deliver small to medium projects against KPI's:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
