About the Role:


This position reports to the Office manager you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties and the general receptionist tasks of the office.

Office hours are 8:00am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour break.


Duties:


  • Efficiently and professionally answering and redirecting phone calls, greeting visitors.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office
  • Update files and business systems
  • Order office supplies, uniforms and catering when required
  • Schedule meetings for the office team

What we are looking for:


Ideally you will have 1-2 years experience in a general administrative role, a great phone manner and customer service presence.
