About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity as a Barista to operate at our on-site cafe.

This is your opportunity to delight our residents, guests and staff with a delicious cup of coffee working at Nellie Melba Retirement Village
in Wheelers Hill VIC, Australia.

We have a casual role available working varied hours and days and flexibility is key due to nights and weekends being included.

Work in a café that operates more like a small family business. You will provide excellent food and beverage service, work the till, manage stock, and adhere to food safety standards. Within weeks you'll remember our regular's coffee orders.

You'll promote a welcoming atmosphere at the village and fill the café with amazing aromas that will be hard to resist.

About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

Barista related qualification or relevant experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills. Our customers love a chat
