About the role
As the successfull applicant you will provide administrative services to the Barwon Health Mental Health, Drugs & Alcohol Services in order to support the service to provide courteous, efficient and clinically effective care for people with major mental illness and/or drug and alcohol issues through:
- Appropriate priortisiation of clerical date, secretarial and reception services
- Collaborative and consistent administration practices across MHDAS Programs
- Continuous improvement in administration services
- Escalate enquiries that can not be resolved
Your experience
- Skilled in working in a consumer focused and customer facing role
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels and vary communication style accordingly
- Practice working in an organisation delivering health administration/ and or human services to disadvantaged or disabled people
