About the Company
This group manufacture and install a customized product to the commercial and residential sector. They have been in operation for over ten years and provide a premium product to the construction sector. Due to recent growth, they are looking for an Operations Manager to join the company and drive future expansion.
About the Role
Reporting to a General Manager you will be responsible for
- Manage and oversee bid management.
- Work closely with the business development director to ensure company's pipeline and targets are achieved.
- Management of production and design.
- Report monthly back to the General Manager on company financials.
- Oversee installation and delivery.
- Recruitment of production, design and installation team.
About You
You will ideally have worked in the commercial or residential construction sector either in Project Management, Site Management or Operations Management.
You will ideally have experience managing a business unit or construction projects and have the ability to manage multiple areas in a business.
This role will suit someone that is potentially looking to move out of working for a commercial or residential builder and wants exposure to managing a business unit.
