YOUR ROLE


The Key Account Manager is based from our Truganina VIC 3PL campus and is responsible for profit, retention, growth and primary relationship management with a portfolio of CEVA's contract logistics customers.


You'll own the account from a commercial, legal and performance perspective, with deep relationship management and organic growth / blended cross-sell opportunities featuring in your objectives as well.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Drive organic business growth, identifying and quoting opportunities with the customer
  • Manage and communicate customer requirements and oversee operational implementation
  • Manage financial performance by maintaining healthy account profitability, as well as accounts receivable and claims mitigation / resolution
  • Manage service performance, meeting customer's KPIs, milestones, invoicing accuracy, escalations and improvements
  • Ensure customer SLAs and business requirements are met
  • Actively participate in new business tenders for your accounts partnering with our business development, solution design and other teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, as well as good analytical capability
  • Proven ability to deliver strong results against robust and meaningful targets and/or KPIs
  • Sound communication, planning, presentation and negotiating skills.
  • Own vehicle, valid driver licence and willingness to undertake travel as required on an infrequent basis.
