The Opportunity


Our Operating Theatre Team has a casual vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as part of our team of Administration staff in supporting the Operating Theatre.

The position will be responsible for providing customer service and support to patients, nurses and the Nurse Unit Manager.


Key functions include:

  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems.
  • MBS charging for theatres ,Cath Lab And Endoscopy
  • Clerical support for theatre clinical nurses and Perioperative Service Manager

About You
You will be an experienced administrator with excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centric focus.

You will have highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel and PowerPoint )
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts early/late shifts & weekend work
  • WebPas Hospital system experience (Desired)
