About the role:

A rare opportunity now available for an experienced Personal Assistant with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the groups Senior Executives with respect to the management of a large property portfolio and other diversified business interests.


Duties:


  • Coordinating and managing appointments, video conferencing, meetings and the boardroom schedule
  • Managing diary appointments, travel arrangements and associated business related tasks
  • Preparation of meeting agenda's and timely supply of accurate meeting minutes
  • Preparation of general correspondence
  • Supporting the Senior Executives as required

The skills and experience required for this role:

  • 5 + years' experience in a similar office based role
  • Prior experience in the legal industry will be looked upon favourably
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A strong ability to multitask and a friendly disposition
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
