The core responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Collaborating with the content team to define and deliver assets for all digital channels
  • Collaborating with digital and marketing stakeholders in Australia, Singapore, China and Japan to define marketspecific requirements and deliver assets tailored to domestic and international markets
  • Writing, editing and sensechecking copy, sourcing and editing images for digital channels
  • Improving customer satisfaction and conversion by improving customer experience
  • Ensuring content meets Jetstar's editorial, design, brand and project guidelines and is aligned to broader strategy
  • Identifying and driving tactical content improvement activities such audit and analysis of existing content
  • Managing stakeholder expectations across diverse business areas.

To be considered, key skills will include:

  • 5+ years delivering content for a customer focused website essential, including strong, demonstrated understanding of web usability principles
  • Professional digital copywriting experience is essential, ideally including UX and functional copy
  • Professional editing experience is essential, ideally including content design experience
  • Ability to lead content work and contribute effectively to crossfunctional teams working on complex projects
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and proven ability in stakeholder management
  • Experience working with issue and project tracking systems such as Jira
  • Handson experience with Content Management Systems
  • Experience using analytics and SEO tools
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • International work experience will be highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Asian languages will be highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in writing and editing will be highly regarded
