About the role

We are looking for a Business Analysis professional and energetic leader who can execute, support and grow the Business Analysis and Agile delivery competencies within our Digital organisation
:

The Digital Business Analysis Chapter is responsible for creating an amazing environment for our Chapter Members to learn and grow within the Business Analysis craft.

We are a Corporate Partner of IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) and have a passion for delivering on our People strategy.

The chapter is a part of Digital CX and applies best practice Agile Business Analysis standards across the Agile enterprise.

We learn and grow together.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a Chapter of up to 16 individuals
Unite the Chapter around a common vision and deliver a sense of community, support and learning
Collaborate with other Chapter Leads to deliver an amazing place to work and uplift in Business Analysis and agile delivery capability
Contributes as a thought leader in the Digital CX Chapter Area

Experience and Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of relevant BA experience working in digital delivery / agile
Practised in Agile & Waterfall methodologies
Must have demonstrated experience in recruiting, overseeing, mentoring and knowledge sharing with project team members including other Digital Business Analysts. And should have a keen interest in further developing these skills.
Is an expert at defining the requirements in both structured and agile methods including mapping out user journeys, use cases, defining epics, features and user stories with supporting business rules, data dictionaries, validation criteria etc.
Confident and experienced leading requirements, ideation and solutioning workshops with various stakeholders and project team.

Good to have:

Business Analysis certifications eg CBAP, CCBA, ACC, IQBBA, CPRE, PBA etc
Agile certifications eg CSM, PMI-ACP, APN, CSPO etc
Knowledge or experience of Telecommunication industry
Working in Product Owner, Scrum master roles
Experience in creating CoP (Communities of Practice) and CoE (Centre of Excellence)
