Requirements:

To be in the running for this great role, you should have
:


  • Previous experience in a similar role (min 1 year)
  • A relevant tertiary degree or qualification in business or HR (desired)
  • Great interpersonal skills including an ability to develop key relationships
  • An ability to communication and articulate yourself well
  • An inspiring facilitation and presentation style that keeps people interested
  • An ability to be structured and formal when needed
  • A sound ability to use technology and software to undertake your work (great Excel skills a bonus)
  • You get stuff done and you like hanging out with and being part of a team
