Requirements:

But there is a catch.

To be in the running for this great role, you should have:

Previous experience in a similar role (min 1 year)
A relevant tertiary degree or qualification in business or HR (desired)
Great interpersonal skills including an ability to develop key relationships
An ability to communication and articulate yourself well
An inspiring facilitation and presentation style that keeps people interested
An ability to be structured and formal when needed
A sound ability to use technology and software to undertake your work (great Excel skills a bonus)
You get stuff done and you like hanging out with and being part of a team
