I am recruiting for a strong Quality Assurance Manager to join a reputable not-for-profit organisation, who are committed to serving individuals and families in need within the local community.

Role
I'm seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join the team in the role of Quality Assurance Manager.

Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with executive and leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in developing, driving, and evaluating the organisation's quality assurance strategy.

You will have the opportunity to create and implement a robust quality assurance framework that supports both our current operations and future growth aspirations.

Additionally, you will work alongside our Research & Innovation Centre to embed sector-leading clinical quality and practice standards, ensuring that our services meet the highest levels of excellence.

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for clinical assurance initiatives aimed at continuously improving the quality of services and safeguarding the high quality of care provided to the participants.

This includes active involvement in the Clinical & Practice Governance Committee, overseeing systems and processes for continuous improvement, managing clinical risks effectively, ensuring compliance with best-practice standards and legislative requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in community outreach, social services, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with local community resources and social service programs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice and advocacy for marginalized populations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
