Key responsibilities in this critical role include:
- Working with the team to support them to execute delivery of recruitment processes
- Completing administration tasks accurately and efficiently
- Providing systems superuser expertise with regards to our CRM
What you need to bring:
- A flexible working style and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Developed problemsolving skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage and execute multiple deadlines and milestones
- Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage however not necessary as indepth training will be provided
