The Company:

DMA is growing rapidly, and we have high ambitions to create a stronger built environment for the future.

The Group has recently expanded to New Zealand and the USA which will drive DMA's international growth.


Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate the safety management system within the program, ensuring Hammertech and the safety management system and associated policies, procedures and inspections is kept up to date.
  • Support the internal auditing program to drive continual program improvement.
  • Coordinate the facilitation of inductions, including through onboarding and in the regions ensuring alignment and experience is in line with the program's objectives.
  • Coordinate the running of pre starts as agreed with the Program and H&S Leads, across each region using the Hammertech system.
  • Support with system reporting in line with the frequency and expectations of the program lead and client.
  • Hammertech experience and experience with safety management systems is a must.

Key Selection Criteria:


  • Experience managing Disaster Recovery projects
  • Hammertech experience is essential
  • Ability to motivate a team
  • Strong problem solving & organisational skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple & competing priorities
  • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
  • Fantastic work ethic & the desire to grow within the company
  • Competent with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Planning & organisational skills with proven experience delivering projects on time
  • Familiarity with OHS practices, legislation & regulations and current market rates & trends
  • Australian driver licence
