One of our federal government clients has embarked on a generational change program to replace its ageing technology and deliver business benefit.

The program's success is highly dependent on a high performing delivery team.

The department requires a highly organised and effective scrum master to build an agile delivery culture and lead the day-to-day activities of the team.

Skills & Experience required in:

***- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master within a SAFe or agile environment.

Must have Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent.
Identifying an Agile team's gaps in agile.
Writing Epics, Features and User Stories with acceptance criteria.
Creating velocity tracking and graphs (e.g., Sprint Burn down, Release Burn down) using Agile project management software.
