We have an exciting 12-month Parental Leave cover opportunity to work in our Customer Service and Sales team, as our Data Entry Clerk.

About the Role

The Purpose of the role of the Data Entry Clerk is to maintain the flow of orders to the Pick & Pack stage by processing orders within existing Service Level Agreements and with a high degree of accuracy.

You will be responsible for:

The processing of all orders submitted to Rhin-Rack's webbased Ordering Portal
Identify and resolve data discrepancies before they reach Pick & Pack stage
Verify Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders are mirrored as per purchase order
Process all Manual Orders in the form of cash sales or staff purchases
Monitoring orders held at Pending Approval, Pending Fulfilment, and Pending Billing, and liaising with internal parties to resolve
Occasional Customer Service Duties as required
Identify and contribute to continuous quality improvement
Perform monthly compliance checks and weekly quality checks of order accuracy
Conduct activities in a safe, quality and environmentally responsible manner, in accordance with Rhino-Rack WHS, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures

To be successful in the role:1 Year Experience in a similar role is preferable
