Description

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and arrange travel
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accordingly
  • Prepare responses to and responding to, written and verbal correspondence and calls
  • Assist with internal meetings and events, client meetings and workshop setups as required
  • Proactively, followingthrough on project deliverables and agreed actions often with deadline pressures
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Executive level professionals and those in Executive support roles) to ensure coordination and scheduling of activities
  • Adhoc tasks as requested on special projects

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Commerce, Finance or similar is preferred
  • Previous experience in an Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform under strong pressure and to prioritise efficiently
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement abilities
  • High level of professionalism
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite/Office 36
  • Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
  • Shows appetite to selfdevelop and to continually learn to upskill
  • Anticipates and embraces change; navigates hurdles faced in a calm and positive manner
