Description
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and arrange travel
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accordingly
- Prepare responses to and responding to, written and verbal correspondence and calls
- Assist with internal meetings and events, client meetings and workshop setups as required
- Proactively, followingthrough on project deliverables and agreed actions often with deadline pressures
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Executive level professionals and those in Executive support roles) to ensure coordination and scheduling of activities
- Adhoc tasks as requested on special projects
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Commerce, Finance or similar is preferred
- Previous experience in an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under strong pressure and to prioritise efficiently
- Strong organisational and timemanagement abilities
- High level of professionalism
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite/Office 36
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Shows appetite to selfdevelop and to continually learn to upskill
- Anticipates and embraces change; navigates hurdles faced in a calm and positive manner
