Facilitating enhanced business outcomes across Sutherland Shire Council.
Providing a broad range of administrative and project support for the director and senior managers.
Assessing internal and external stakeholder/customer needs and initiate appropriate action.

Things You'll
Do:

Research, collate and coordinate reports, advice and briefings on directorate matters to support informed decision making and planning.
Be adaptable and flexible to manage competing priorities in a demanding and complex work environment.
Possess sound critical thinking skills, identifying and implementing system improvements that contribute to business efficiency.
Administer and coordinate projects, conferences and workshops as directed.

Fine Print:

Interview date:Interviews will be facilitated week commencing 11 December 2023

Package:$73,500 - $78,000 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
-
Hours of work:Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement.
