About the role:

The Academy program is a 6 month rotation through our recruitment teams. During your academy rotations, you'll have a unique opportunity to collaborate with our expert education consultants across our divisions. Your interaction with these specialists will elevate your capabilities in customer service, business, recruitment, and marketing.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive on-the-job training, induction, and weekly check-ins, with the added support of a knowledgeable mentor to ensure your success in both your role and personal development throughout your rotations.

Upon completing the program, you'll have the chance to join one of our high-performing teams on a full-time basis.
