- Full Time-Permanent Position
- After Hours roster based role varying from 12:00pm10:00pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle calls from a diverse customer base
- Create a memorable experience for our clients and their customers
- Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Work varying programs and Client portal's at any one time
- Complete submission of client reports and quotations
- Allocating of Emergency Trades for Makesafe works nationally
Criteria:
- Strong customer experience background
- Prior experience in an office based role
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI's
- Strong computer literacy
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
- Background in a call centre environment advantageous, however not essential
- Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry advantageous, however not essential
