Duties and responsibilities, not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to manager and employees across the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with organisational objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data, generate reports, and assist with HR analytics to support informed decisionmaking.
- Stay updated with relevant employment legislation and industry best practices to ensure HR practices remain compliant and effective.
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (minimum of 2 years experience).
- Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to build effective relationships with senior management & stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting employee development and wellbeing.
