What you will be doing:

Nepean Hospital has identified a number of opportunities to improve patient care services and has launched a Whole of Health (WoH) Program focussed on improving patient access and flow.

Selection Criteria to be Addressed:

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/ or demonstrated relevant industry experience
Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to access, assess and critically evaluate project related data and prepare reports and briefs for escalation.
Demonstrated experience in liaising effectively and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, to facilitate cooperation and support in achieving outcomes
Demonstrated experience in planning and prioritising work for self and others to achieve goals, meet deadlines and manage competing demands
Demonstrated negotiation skills including the ability to resolve conflict and managing competing demands
Extensive experience in change management and demonstrated successful approaches to implementing large scale, complex projects
