About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members' world better.

As a
Change Manager in our Technology & Delivery team, you will provide expertise and tools to support change in Australian Retirement Trust's business, working with stakeholders to ensure the change is successfully delivered and embedded in line Australian Retirement Trust change framework to achieve business value.

The role also works closely with the Project Manager when allocated to support a program, project, or change initiative.

We have multiple roles available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

We are
flexible with location provided you can attend our Brisbane office once a week.


About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Extensive experience as a change management professional working with industry recognised organisational change management methodology.
  • Proven track record in implementing successful change management, particularly across large scale programs and projects delivering enterprisewide transformation.
  • Formal change management qualifications and/or related certification and/or equivalent proven work experience and capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, in particular senior stakeholder groups.
  • Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities within tight timeframes.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and as a member of a team
