The Project Communications and Engagement Executive will be a key member of the Employee Communications & Events team, responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive communication, change management plans, and employee engagement initiatives related to the corporate property project.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Communications, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Corporate Property Development Manager, Corporate Property Communications and Engagement Manager, and Senior Director, Employee Communications.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring employees are well-informed, engaged, and prepared to embrace change throughout the project.

Devise and implement change and communication plans and campaigns across various channels, including written, visual, and event communications.
Demonstrate strong strategic writing and design skills, adapting the tone of voice to the fastpaced environment.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, demonstrating resilience to adapt to changing needs.
Develop creative change and communications strategies to help employees understand their role in the project.
Assist tasks, such as data management, reporting, and organisational activities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and champion their brand by adhering to tone of voice and brand guidelines.
Track the effectiveness of communication programs and provide support to teammates.
