    Our client is a medical devices company dedicated to improving healthcare worldwide. Their innovative products and solutions transform the way medical professionals treat patients, ensuring better outcomes and quality care.

    Position:
    Our client is currently seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a 4-month contract basis. This role is vital to the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely payments while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
    • Reconcile accounts payable transactions
    • Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies
    • Assist with month-end closing processes
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes
    • Participate in special projects as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in accounts payable or related field preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be a lateral thinker, able to problem-solve and think creatively
