**About the opportunity

At Littlepay, our passion is to make payment journeys effortless, both in-person via contactless and online via web and mobile checkouts.

The Product team sits at the heart of achieving our ambitious vision and goals. We're looking for a strategic Product Manager to shape the future of our transit payments data offerings.


Working closely with internal teams and strategic business partners, you'll play a critical role in defining the direction of data products in line with the company's vision and strategy.

As a Product Manager experienced in data, reporting and analytics, you will act as the conduit between Commercial, Engineering and Operations by:


  • Engaging with customers, technology partners and internal teams to gain a deep understanding of business problems and build strong value propositions for new development; and
  • Working within a crossfunctional agile team of engineers and a tightknit group of Product people to deliver new initiatives and product offerings whilst enhancing existing products.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Build strong technology partner and customer relationships to understand, prioritise and communicate emerging needs as part of the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with the Group Product Manager and senior stakeholders to align data product direction with the overall vision and strategy.
  • Communicate the vision, strategy and objectives for a portfolio of data offerings in a bottomup and topdown environment.
  • Identify key customer problems to solve, document requirements and assess business value and opportunity.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to design solutions to data problems insights, reporting, analytics, data feeds and dashboards.
  • Ensure delivery, go to market and adoption of data products and new feature iterations in an agile environment.
  • Own the data team roadmap and drive its execution with the development team.
  • Measure and report on product performance and impact.
**About you

Ideally, you'll have:

  • 5+ years of combined product management, consulting or business analyst experience
  • Experience building and delivering data products for customers, with some technical product ownership in SaaS / B2B / big data environments
  • Experience with analytics, reporting and technologies
  • The ability to think both analytically and strategically with the ability to context switch across many partners and product offerings
  • The ability to influence, leaning on agile practices and frameworks
  • The ability to work under pressure in a self organising, hightrust environment
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to interact with multidisciplinary stakeholders
  • Exposure to transactional data processing platforms advantageous
