Your role as a Coordinator Receipts will involve:

  • Coordinate with external customers to obtain and forward shipment documentation to receipts operators, ensuring smooth logistics processes
  • Relay delivery schedules to management for effective planning of melt schedule, facilitating operational efficiency
  • Engage with customers to address shipment issues such as discrepancies in receipt weights, and provide requested reports promptly
  • Generate shipment bar lists for Dore Shipments, contributing to accurate inventory management
  • Support daily operations, including handling official weights, treasury transfers, and managing customer/umpire samples, while prioritizing safety measures and adhering to health protocols. Additionally, conduct small customer lodgements at the refinery as required

Experience:


  • Demonstrated experience in a clerical, administration or accounts related role
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively
