About the role

  • The Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians is to provide technical support to the Pharmacy Department in all areas of pharmacy practice, including dispensing, production, distribution and clinical activities.

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Completed a Certificate III (or willing to undertake) or Certificate IV in Hospital/Health Pharmacy Support or relevant qualifications deemed by the Health Administration Corporation to be equivalent; competency in dispensing, nonsterile production and ward distribution; and ability to perform pharmaceutical calculations (Technician Grades only).
  • Recent relevant work experience in pharmacy.

About working for SLHD

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).
