An exciting opportunity within the Digital Technology Delivery team at Swinburne University of Technology for an Application Analyst has become available.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

Demonstrated experience in software incident management and problem management including investigation, resolution, and communication
A strong customer service orientation with a focus on results and quality of service
Ability to exercise substantial initiative and highlevel judgement and to work independently or as part of a team to deliver outcomes within defined timeframes
An understanding of IT governance and its processes, with a blend of business acumen and operational experience in a largescale IT environment
An understanding of the Australian university and VE sectors and their interrelationships with State and Federal Government processes and structures

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
