Description

The Role
This role is part of our Site leadership team, overseeing optimisation and continuous improvement programs.

The CI Coordinator will work closely with our production and site support teams to provide process improvements and operating efficiencies.


  • Motivate, encourage and empower the team to deliver quality and effective outcomes
  • Lead and facilitate crossfunctional collaborative teams in optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Model and drive a constructive culture while developing team member skills in process improvement practices
  • Deliver outstanding achievements in driving operation efficiencies and change management initiatives
  • Assist to develop and maintain high performance teams
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders
  • Other CI related duties as required

Skills & Experience

  • Formal CI / Lean manufacturing qualification.
  • 5+ years of relevant FMCG / food manufacturing experience in a continuous improvement type role.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Great communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across all parts of the business.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across all areas of manufacturing.
  • A quick learner with strong commercial acumen.
