As a People & Culture Intern for the fastest growing division of KBR globally you will be key to ensuring that our growth continues.
This role will see you support a small team delivering transactional and administrative People & Culture services for KBR APAC, which will include the actioning of staff queries, processing of people & culture documents, changes in conditions and other relevant People & Culture changes, as well as the compliance with relevant policies and processes to support these activities.
You will learn consistently high standards of service delivery for transactional People & Culture services, contribute to continuous improvement, and effectively adjust to organisational changes as they arise.
In this position you will:
Assist with the coordination of employee data and record management
Assist with level one People & Culture queries
Assist with regular data audits, ensuring the highest standards of data protection and integrity
Draft employee documentation and communication
Assist with all general People & Culture administration tasks and support the service delivery of the wider People & Culture Operations team
Ensure a customer service mindset ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy
Ongoing or completed studies in HR highly desirable
Prior administration experience is highly desirable
Australian Citizen with ability to gain an Australian Government Security Clearance is essential
