About the Role:


_ These positions are suitable for you if you hold:_

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or you can be working towards Diploma and close to qualifying)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (approachable, gogetter, positive attitude, flexible)
  • Reliable and adaptable team player, who is willing to work across the whole Centre
  • We encourage applicants who have experience with programming and planning, previous leadership experience and an understanding of the RIE and Pikler approach, interest in theory driven practice with a strong focus on STEM based teaching and learning.
  • The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, be able to relate to children with genuine respect, empathy, and warmth, considering any individual cultural or socioeconomic differences.
  • Understanding of Child Protection legislation and Mandatory Reporting requirements for ACT/NSW.
  • Experience in maintaining a safe workplace and working within a compliance framework.
  • Current Working with Vulnerable people card / and Police check or ability to obtain.
  • Current first aid/asthma/anaphylaxis training or ability to obtain.
  • Current driving license and transport (Desirable).
