About the role:

As the successful applicant you will be working within a small team performing service-based duties within the VPC Unit, Facilities Division.

The core function of this role is to assist with the daily facility / customer services functions within the Victoria Police Centre.

The successful applicant will have high attention to details, a strong commitment to meeting customer needs, well developed communication skills and the ability to work within a highly reactive environment.

Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.

Your duties will include:

Produce Victoria Police identification cards.
Provide customer service and visitor check in at the concierge desk.
Assist with management of vehicle bookings.
Conduct locker auditing function.
Assist with general facility management related tasks.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

Well-develop interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
A proven record of customer service experience.

Requirements and relevant information:

One (1) x fulltime, ongoing position available.
This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo preemployment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
