There are three major service areas:

Thomas Embling Hospital for compulsory inpatient treatment; Community Forensic Mental Health Services provides a range of specialist services and assessments for those in the community or under the care of area mental health services; and Forensicare also operates as the primary psychiatric assessment and treatment provider for Victoria's prisons.

The role is primarily responsible for rostering, time and attendance, leave management, workforce allocation, orientation, off boarding and providing admininstrative support as required.

Forensicare is on the brink of a significant funded expansion in both our Inpatient bed-based services and our statewide community programs.

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive colleague to join our hardworking team and grow with the expanding service. You will have an eye for detail, a thirst for meeting deadlines and exceptional time management skills.

In return you will be supported by a committed team who collectively create a culture based on respect, integrity & accountability.

Our team prides itself on being an employer of choice by listening to our medical staff and supporting each person through their work journey.
