About the role:


Reporting to the Apollo Program Manager, we're looking for an efficient Project Coordinator to provide administrative support including task tracking, finance tracking and progress reporting.

Please note this role is an 18 month fixed-term contract.


You'll also:

  • Assist with resource recruitment and onboarding
  • Provide admin support for all PMO meetings; book meetings, complete agenda's, minutes, follow up reports and weekly updates
  • Book meetings, organise training and meeting venues for the project deployment teams in line with the project plan
  • Raise purchase orders and processes invoices under direction of the Project Manager
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

About you and your skills:

We're looking for a strong administrator who is looking to grow their career in the project management space. Previous experience in a project support role will be preferable.

You'll also need

  • Professional approach, demonstrated ability to work with people with a variety of backgrounds and seniority
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills including advanced MS Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
