With the opening of the new Volvo Cars - Brisbane West Dealership we currently have a unique leadership opportunity within our workshop for a dedicated professional to become a valuable part of our service department as the Service Foreman.


In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the workshop to ensure that productivity, efficiency, and the quality of repair and service work meets the required benchmarks.

You will play an integral role in the development of the workshop's technical skill base, and will utilise your industry knowledge and experience to contribute to the Department's continued commercial success.


You will have proven experience within a role of similar scope (preferably with a prestige/premium brand) with an established track record of leading and motivating a team, growing business, and developing a strong customer service culture.


The successful applicant will possess:

  • An Automotive Trade Qualification.
  • Proven diagnostic ability and experience (this role will manage escalated diagnostic issues).
  • Established & successful leadership experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally in a prestige franchise dealership.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Complaint Management experience.
  • Professionalism, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
