Description
Zwift is a software and ecommerce company, servicing primarily the hospitality industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic IT technician to come and join our growing team.


About the role:

  • This is a casual role, with an outlook to grow into a permanent position.
  • The role will encompass approximately 18 hours per week up to 30 hours.
  • Some shifts will be office based, with some availability to work remotely.
  • Availability must include weekdays, evening shifts and weekends (on a roster).
  • It is a good fit for someone who may need flexibility.

Responsibilities:


  • Hardware & Software maintenance (Windows environment)
  • Assist customers with orders and assist our clients with technical requests
  • Be able to work autonomously and provide 5star technical support

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience providing IT/system administrator support
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Remote User Support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to analyse and problem solve
  • Advanced Windows knowledge (Windows XP
  • Win 10)
  • Microsoft Office 2013+
  • Network concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Ethernet
  • Available evenings and weekends.

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 18-25 per week


Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Shared workstations are cleaned and sanitized every shift, with office cleaning done twice per week.
