Zwift is a software and ecommerce company, servicing primarily the hospitality industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic IT technician to come and join our growing team.About the role:
- This is a casual role, with an outlook to grow into a permanent position.
- The role will encompass approximately 18 hours per week up to 30 hours.
- Some shifts will be office based, with some availability to work remotely.
- Availability must include weekdays, evening shifts and weekends (on a roster).
- It is a good fit for someone who may need flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Hardware & Software maintenance (Windows environment)
- Assist customers with orders and assist our clients with technical requests
- Be able to work autonomously and provide 5star technical support
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years' experience providing IT/system administrator support
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Remote User Support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to analyse and problem solve
- Advanced Windows knowledge (Windows XP
- Win 10)
- Microsoft Office 2013+
- Network concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Ethernet
- Available evenings and weekends.
Job Types:
Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 18-25 per week
Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour

- Night shift
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
Shared workstations are cleaned and sanitized every shift, with office cleaning done twice per week.
