THE OPPORTUNITY


Leading a portfolio of 13 services in the Adelaide metropolitan area (from the CBD to Seaford Rise), you will be responsible for guiding a team of Coordinators to deliver high quality OSHC experiences.

The role includes being the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader for services ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.

As Regional Manager you will provides support for people matters, nurture the relationship with the school and resolves parent/school enquiries.

This opportunity is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave.


ABOUT YOU
Leadership experience in a childcare or OSHC setting will provide the foundation for success in this role. Additionally, you will be skilled at mentoring a team to its fullest potential, offering support, guidance, and direction. A completed Diploma (or above) in childcare is essential together with a First Aid Level 2 Certificate.
