Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team or senior members.
- Follow up with leads that do not schedule appointments to determine their level of interest and rebook these clients in.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions with potential clients on our CRM System.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals.
- Provide feedback to management on potential leads and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role within the B2B Sales sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software tools as well as digital technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are an advantage.

$40, $93,480.95 per year
