Tasks & Responsibilities

Schedule, coordinate and monitor movement of Specialised Fleet in line with Fatigue Management
Manage site levels in accordance with their minops requirements and daily usage
Manage load request times for DG customers followed up with responsive communication
Liaise with our fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance
Ensure safe, cost effective and reliable distribution of bulk DG products
Ensure optimum configuration and maintenance of best practice
Capturing of data and relevant safety statistics for client KPIs
Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Seek out operational process improvements and initiatives
Daily internal reporting outlining activity, forward planning and daily delivery volumes

Skills & Experience

Previous scheduling experience (DG experience highly regarded)
Current Drivers Licence (MC highly regarded)
Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work autonomously and part of a fastpaced team
