Employment Services offices around Australia.
We are looking for someone who has a strong administration background and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Services experience is desirable but what's important is that you have high attention to detail and a passion for ensuring quality and integrity in everything they do.


A typical week will involve:


The Business Support Officer role will include working as part of a team to process Wage Subsidy requests in an accurate and timely manner, meeting all Departmental and organisational requirements.


  • Processing wage subsidies before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service to all stakeholders
  • Provide support and guidance to staff at all levels of the organisation
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support contractual compliance and efficiency
  • Complete all tasks accurately within specified time frames
  • Work autonomously to manage work load and prioritise tasks

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
You will have strong administration skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

We are looking for someone who has Employment Services or administrative experience and strong computer skills.

This is a great opportunity to move into an administrative and customer support role in Employment Services where you can make a wider effect to the service APM provides to its customers.


  • Strong administrative skills previous experience with Employment Services, payments, payroll and/or invoicing would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work autonomously and be managed remotely
  • Good judgement and problem solving skills
