Shift is in a dynamic growth phase, and we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Inside Sales team and take our team forward.


What you will do:


  • Be accountable for sales process and results.
  • Accelerate the execution of our channel growth strategy.
  • Enjoy hard work with high volumes of Broker engagement.
  • Research and stay up to date with current market trends and identify new opportunities to engage prospects, fleshout opportunities and drive new business.
  • Demonstrate exceptional phone and communication skills and be comfortable cold calling to secure meetings.
  • Have proven and successful experience prospecting and presenting solutions to key decision makers.
  • Pride yourself on your excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and relentless followthrough.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide a suited solution.

Qualifications:


Skills & experience that set you apart:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Development, sales expertise primarily phone & video call based
  • Strong track record of building, managing and advancing a pipeline of sales opportunities to capture new business
  • You should have a strong emotional intelligence and a passionate frame of mind
  • Strong financial acumen with an excellent understanding of lending business.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt the dynamic nature of our business
