Your Opportunity


Our Facilities Teams are vital in maintaining our Westfield Living Destinations, ensuring extraordinary experiences in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment daily.

As the
Regional Compliance Coordinator, you will support the QLD centre teams, serving as a vital link between contractors, partners, consultants, customers, and retailers to ensure safety and compliance.

This full-time role, based at Westfield Mt Gravatt, extends support to various QLD assets.


Key responsibilities for this role:

  • You engage with centre teams, as well as provide support and feedback to the RFM on the delivery of our key operations pillars including Safety and Building Compliance
  • You drive engagement with centre teams to deliver operational excellence.
  • You drive excellence in risk, compliance, and life safety trends across centres in the NSW, including identification and mitigation opportunities.
  • You support the centre teams through setting clear expectations of compliance requirements, including completion of key audits and inspections when required.
  • You play a key role in supporting the facilities teams, as well as contractors, to review and deliver recommendations from routine audit reports including identifying opportunities to collectively deliver outcomes across region.
  • You partner closely with the Systems team on key compliance reporting to effectively report, track and close out key action items from Audits and Inspections.

  • You preferably hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Trade, Building Services or Facilities Management or equivalent experience.
